Housing Requirements

Access Point for Housing requires the following documents to complete a full housing screening at Project Homeless Connect:
  • 3 months of income verification
  • Homeless Certification*
  • Photo ID
  • Social Security Card
  • 3 to 5 years of housing history
  • 3 to 5 years of working history
