Housing Requirements
Access Point for Housing requires the following documents to complete a full housing screening at Project Homeless Connect:
- 3 months of income verification
- Homeless Certification*
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- 3 to 5 years of housing history
- 3 to 5 years of working history
Everyone attending Project Homeless Connect is encouraged to carpool
